AJ has demonstrated over 20 years of leadership through successful military and business management. Prior to co-founding Sphere Brakes, LLC, Aaron served 12 years in the US Army as a decorated military officer while leading several business operations at GE Transportation in Erie, PA. He is named inventor on 4 sphere brake issued and pending patents. AJ holds a Master’s Degree from Penn State University.
Jason was hired at thee start of 2019 to take on the challenge of setting up SBD’s new supply chain and establish the Lean Enterprise System. He has worked in large and small companies from quality, production, operations, and lean management. Jason is responsible for executing the lean strategy, quality management system, and maturing the manufacturing readiness level across all technology.
Joe was hired in 2019 after working on a joint project with Sphere Brakes for the two cycle industry. He holds over 77 patents in multiple industries from auto to juvenile product lines. Joe is responsible for rolling out the innovation strategy and RDT&E across all product lines.
